Biggs jasper pendant, wrapped in copper wire

This Biggs jasper pendant is on the smaller side, just bigger than the quarter sitting next to it. The patterns in this stone reminds me of the mountains and canyons of the desert Southwest where I live. It is a great neutral color for everyday wear, and the necklace is a tan colored waxed cotton cord, knotted to be adjustable. A simple but beautiful piece that I think is even lovelier in person.
